Auction Day Registration

All bidders must register at the auction site prior to placing bids during an auction. Register the day of the sale or several days prior to the auction. In order to register, you will be asked to provide the following:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Company name (if applicable)
• Banking information/letter of credit
• Date of birth
• Photo identification (driver’s license, etc.)

You will also be asked to sign your registration card and acknowledge Cat Auction Services Terms and Conditions. Upon completing your registration card, you will be assigned a bidder number and receive a sale catalog. You are now ready to bid.

On-Line Bidding and Registration

Cat Auction Services provides on-line bidding via the Internet. Browse our equipment listing to find an item you are interested in buying, then click the “Bid On-line” button to register for the auction and bid on equipment. 

After You Buy

Once you have successfully bid on an item, here are the next steps:

• Go to the settlement area
• Receive an itemized invoice
• Pay for your purchase 
• Take your item home upon full payment. No items may leave the auction site until full payment has been received.
